words from clients
During the ten or so coaching calls I have had with Terezie I have been introduced to questions and concepts that have helped me to better recognise what I value, and how to resolve internal conflict in order to make better decisions. During our calls, we have touched on many topics – for example, career, relationships, stress, values and boundaries – from a holistic viewpoint, which I appreciate. I have also felt allowed to and empowered by approaching solutions in my own way.
about me
I’ve been fascinated by the machinery of relationships since I was a child: between people, and between the parts of one person. What I mostly do now is help people untangle what’s stuck and what no longer serves them.
Most of what I bring to coaching comes from my own inner work. I overcame a traumatic childhood that was hurting me and my relationships, moved from anxious to secure attachment, and found a way to be vulnerable without collapsing. I learned to communicate my needs and boundaries without apologizing for them.
A few other things about me:
My background isn’t a straight line: law at Charles University, journalism, communications for a Czech democracy NGO, and community and mental-health work for the effective altruism movement (on grants from CEA and the EA Infrastructure Fund). These days I mostly work as a programmer.
I’ve picked up a lot of mental models from different fields. I think some of them could help you.

my approach
“I can always choose, but I ought to know that if I do not choose, I am still choosing.”Jean-Paul Sartre
I’d like to walk with you through whatever you’re going through.
My work is a bundle. The first couple of conversations are more talking and questioning, getting clear on what you want and what you feel. Going deeper, I reach for IFS, mindfulness, and body-based work.
Most clients know rationally what the pattern is but can’t seem to change it. Body and emotion work can shift what talk alone can’t reach.
I won’t tell you what to do. I think epistemically, in probabilities. I also believe that you are the expert on yourself. But I’ll offer opinions, models, and frames without pressure. You decide what resonates.

how I use AI
I’m also a programmer. I’ve built AI agents with access to around 100 books I use in coaching: IFS, attachment theory, Radical Honesty, mindfulness, and others.
Between sessions, they help me prepare: spot a pattern I missed, find a specific exercise, or revisit a framework that fits what you’re working on. During sessions, when something specific comes up, I can query them in a few seconds instead of sending you to read a book you won’t have time for.
After each session, you get a transcription and summary that you own.
I use AI because I believe it lets me do better work with you. If you’d prefer we don’t, I’m happy to work without it too.
